genqrfree.com is a free QR code generator that allows you to create QR codes for URLs, WiFi networks, contact information (vCard), email addresses, SMS messages, and plain text. The service also offers bulk QR code generation via CSV upload for a one-time fee.

All QR code generation is performed entirely in your browser. No data you enter — including WiFi passwords, email addresses, or URLs — is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. Free Service

Single QR code generation is provided free of charge with no account registration required. You may generate an unlimited number of individual QR codes and download them in PNG, SVG, PDF, and EPS formats at no cost.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the free service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

4. Bulk Generation — Paid Feature

The bulk QR code generation feature (CSV to ZIP) requires a one-time payment of $3 USD processed through PayPal. This payment unlocks the bulk generation feature for a single session.

All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your payment information. Refunds are not provided for completed bulk generation sessions in which the ZIP file has been successfully generated and downloaded.

If you experience a technical failure in which payment was processed but no ZIP file was generated, please contact us at contact@genqrfree.com with your PayPal transaction ID and we will resolve the issue.

5. Privacy and Data

genqrfree.com is designed with privacy as a core principle. All QR code generation occurs locally in your browser using JavaScript. The content you encode into QR codes — including WiFi passwords, personal contact details, and URLs — is never sent to our servers.

We may collect standard web analytics data (page views, country, device type) to understand traffic patterns and improve the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

The genqrfree.com name, logo, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of the site owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's design or source code without written permission.

QR codes you generate using genqrfree.com are yours. You retain full ownership of the content encoded in your QR codes and the downloaded image files. There are no licensing restrictions on your use of generated QR codes for personal or commercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use genqrfree.com to:

• Generate QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or any content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically download content from the service using automated tools.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with other users.
• Attempt to circumvent any payment mechanism for the bulk generation feature.
• Misrepresent the origin of QR codes or use generated QR codes in a deceptive or fraudulent manner.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

genqrfree.com is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranty that QR codes generated will be readable by all scanning devices or applications. You are responsible for testing generated QR codes before printing or distributing them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, genqrfree.com and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
